I have been going to ALC since March 2008. I was told that on average ALL hair will be gone by the sixth treatment. Well i'm going on 10 and have about 25% reduction. I am getting full legs, feet and toes, buttocks, full brazillian, naval, and underarms. I have spent $4200 ( 10,927 without any gift certificates and discounts).

I have been burned twice. Once that was so bad that i couldn't drive my car, had a high fever, body shakes, and had to take a full day off work. When i called ALC about my burns, they told me it was normal and to just give it a couple of days using their post procedure lotion.

There staff is always changing and everyone does things different. I feel there staff is very unprofessional.
