I had 9 treatments and I still have quite a bit of hair and the location has closed. They have also lost my files so I am caught in limbo. Any help would be great. I would like my money back

i just went to appintment yesturday,my sixth,which they guaranteed most hair would be gone but not so ,i keep having toshave all the time ,still alot of hair folicals growing there ,look like a striped pink zebra! from the burning .the ladis are nice ,but just feel this is draging on to long .keep suckering me into more treatments ,like do you want this section done since we are already close to there. i was just charged another $1000 bucks for the neck isnt that little out of bounds for price ,and that was only have price .yes i was suckered .who else would say no when theres a laser burning on your back and chest if you dint say yes!

yea, me too, it didnt work much, and then they took off and left the city wothout notification so i am suing them
