Regional manager Kathy ?? no one gives out her full name, nor do they have a contact number for her....is she real?
The only thing real about this place is that their is "NO REFUND, EVER, FOR ANY REASON, IN PART OR IN FULL"

Charity is the manager, poor thing and has to take all the flack, but has no power to provide service. Christina is just the tech and can't even find a phone number for anyone in charge.

File a class action suit. This company is a huge rip off.

I requested my medical records in full from ALC. Charity at Ballantyne location told me she faxed the regional director and that they would send me my records within 30 days. I contacted them today 32 days later and Charity said it was out of her hands she would fax them again. But could not provide me with the fax #, phone # or any other means of actually talking to someone or getting any kind of resolution or filing a complaint. I wish an employee would have the hutzpah to stand up and out these thieves.
Surely the attorneys that are handling the class action suit would compensate them in some manner. There are no facilities in NJ where I have moved or I would consider going to work for them to be a mole!!
