Too bad I didn't check into this company before giving them $1000 for hair removal. It did not work and obviously, there is NO REFUND, EVER, FOR ANY REASON....

I used Sona previously and have had fabulous results.

I joined the class action lawsuit in hopes of some restitution.

No one has responded in any way to my complaint.
